Area of Research Large-scale data processing for LHC experiments
Description GridKa is a computing and data center for particle and astroparticle physics and an LK-II large-scale research facility in the Helmholtz Association. It is not intended for use by individuals. Instead, specific experimental collaborations are supported, which are selected via the governance structures of GridKa. GridKa is part of the Worldwide LHC Computing Grid (WLCG), which is responsible for the computing and data needs of the LHC experiments at CERN.
